sit down
Upon meeting for the first time, it is great to sit down and create a relationship, as this is the beginning of a great journey together.
In this sit down, we will cover your requirements, budget, timelines, and feasibility to ensure we are able to meet your expectations
design concept
Bringing the design to life!
After the initial sit-down, the fun begins in developing a design based around your requirements, site context, and budget
town planning
After the design has been finalised, town planning documentation is prepared (as required) for the relevant council.
Once the application is submitted for a Town Planning Permit, we work with council to ensure a Town Planning Permit is issued
(a permit is not guaranteed by Bliss Building Design)
building documentation
Building Documentation is the detailed documentation for construction. At this stage we will engage external consultation services, such as energy rating, engineering, etc.
tender
We compile all the relevant information into packages ready for hand over to your selected builder's for tender.
At completion of tender, and the builder has been selected by yourself, we submit an application to the Building Surveyor for a Building Permit
construction
Once a Building Permit is issued, we hand over the job to the nominated builder.
Though we have handed over the project for the builder to take over, we stay in close contact throughout the build to see it through to completion and the full design brought to life!
interior design
Interior Design is what brings the entire project together.
Designing all the built-in joinery, and selection of all finishes, fixtures and fittings. This is a refelction on your style, as designed by Bliss.
